Meet The Doctors.
Born and raised in the Whitestone area of Queens, Dr. Rosa earned both a dental degree (DDS) and a medical degree (MD) from NYU College of Dentistry and NYU School of Medicine in New York City. He graduated top of his class in medical school and is a member of the Omega Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Honor Society of dentistry. As part of his professional training, Dr. Rosa completed a six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program based at the Bellevue Hospital Center campus of New York University Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Rosa is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology, and a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and The Little Baby Face Foundation, a charitable organization that provides free reconstructive facial surgery to children with facial anomalies. Additionally, he is the co-chairman of the North Queens Dental Study Club.
Dr. Rosa is licensed in the state of New York to provide general anesthesia and IV sedation. He is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, North Shore University Hospital, all in New York.
Dr. Rosa lives with his wife, Dr. Alexa Lessow, an ear, nose, and throat surgeon in Manhattan, and their daughters, Gianna & Jackie, in the Douglaston area of Queens. In their free time, they enjoy snowboarding, dancing, doing martial arts, and listening to live jazz. Dr. Rosa also enjoys collaborating on reconstructive and sleep apnea cases with his wife.
Meet The Doctors.
After completing his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York, Dr. Goldstein earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the same institution. He then completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York City. Following his residency, he opened his practice dedicated to oral surgery in the Bayside area of Queens, where he was born and raised. He is one of the few board-certified oral surgeons in Queens.
Dr. Goldstein stays up to date with the latest advances through maintaining memberships with various professional organizations. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1984.
Dr. Goldstein is licensed in the state of New York to provide general anesthesia and IV sedation. He is affiliated with New York Hospital Queens and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, both in New York City.
Meet The Doctors.
Dr. Luke Soletic is a New York City native who grew up in Douglaston, Queens. He earned his dental degree from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, where he developed an early interest in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He was drawn to the specialty’s intricate procedures and the opportunity to deliver often immediate quality of life improvements for patients. He also found reward in leveraging his background in engineering into surgical problem solving.
Dr. Soletic completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at NYU Langone Medical Center, an intensive six-year program, during which he also earned a medical degree and a one year certificate in general surgery. In his final year, he served as chief resident. His training encompassed a broad surgical scope, including dentoalveolar surgery, bone augmentation, dental implantology, benign and malignant pathology, TMJ disorders, facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, pediatric oral surgery, and cosmetic treatments. He also received extensive training in the administration of ambulatory anesthesia and IV sedation.
During residency training, Dr. Soletic was selected by the Osteo Science Foundation for an elective rotation with one of the world’s leading experts in bone augmentation and dental implantology, further refining his surgical expertise. He also presented research at multiple professional conferences, was published in peer-reviewed journals, and attended a multitude of academic symposia.
After residency, Dr. Soletic earned board certification and the designation of Diplomate from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) during his first year in practice. Committed to life-long learning, he regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars to stay at the forefront of new techniques and evidence-based care. He also contributes to resident education in his part-time faculty role at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital.
In recognition of his professional excellence, integrity, and service, Dr. Soletic was inducted asa Fellow of the International College of Dentists, an honor bestowed upon 4% of dentists.
Dr. Soletic provides care with a personalized approach, emphasizing compassion, attentiveness, and patient comfort. He believes in strong collaboration with referring dentists to ensure the highest quality of care and optimal outcomes.
He is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including: the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (NYSSOMS), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Hellenic Medical Society of New York. He holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Outside of his surgical practice, Dr. Soletic enjoys cheering on the New YorkIs landers and Mets, as well as fishing, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
